Can I walk in to play without a booking?
Strictly no. Almar Paddle Club & Coffee operates strictly by reservation only. All court slots must be booked and confirmed online through our official booking platform before arriving at the club.
What are the court rates and operating hours?
Our courts are open daily from 6:00 AM to 12:00 MN. Rates are ₱250 per hour per court during daytime (6:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and ₱300 per hour per court during evening prime-time (5:00 PM – 12:00 MN).
How do I pay for my reservation?
We accept instant online payments via InstaPay / QR Ph (supported by GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, and all major Philippine banking apps). Your court is automatically confirmed and reserved the moment payment is successfully completed.
Can I cancel, reschedule, or get a refund?
All bookings are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling due to changes of plan. However, if you can no longer play, you are welcome to transfer your slot (“court pasalo”) to another person, provided it remains on the exact same date and time.
What happens if operations are disrupted by power or maintenance?
Full refunds or booking credits will be issued if Almar Paddle Club & Coffee cancels operations due to power outages, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen facility disruptions.
Is there a grace period if our group arrives late?
No grace period is provided. Your playing time starts and ends strictly according to your reserved schedule, regardless of your arrival time. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to check in with our staff.
What shoes and attire are required on the court?
Players must wear clean, non-marking court shoes inside the playing area. Outdoor running shoes, muddy footwear, or black-marking soles are strictly prohibited to preserve the court surface. Comfortable athletic wear is recommended.
Can non-players visit the café and lounge?
Yes, absolutely! Friends, spectators, and guests are always welcome at The Healthy Side by Penny Lane Café to enjoy specialty espresso, cold-pressed refreshers, and wholesome nourishment without needing a court reservation.
